Industrial Acoustic Design Ltd. was established in December 2015 to provide acoustic consultancy services to the industrial and R&D sectors, specialising in test facility design, anechoic and hemi-anechoic design, specification, and commissioning.
The Director, Richard Lord, is the principal acoustician at Industrial Acoustic Design and has over 15 years’ experience working in many fields of acoustics including metrology and instrumentation, Standards committees, hearing research, and noise control engineering.
Richard is a member of the Institute of Acoustics, a member of the Institute of Physics, and has a PhD in Hearing Research.
